Street Photography

Street Photography is capturing moments in a photo and is usually presented with a humourous, weird or unusual feel. The skill of it is to photograph what is happening around you in an interesting way. Usually in Street Photography there is no man made lighting used except for maybe flash, just the natural lighting from where ever the Photgrapher is located.

We went out into Leeds and did some Street Photography of our own, taking photos of people we thought looked interesting or people that we thought had a story to them they way they were sat or located. We shot in AV mode to control the depth of field and chose to sit in Millennium Square as we thought a lot of people walk through all day everyday and their might be some interesting people. We started off taking photos of people without them noticing but as the day went on we asked a few people to take their portrait aswell.
